Storage Systems with stacker crane
Automated storage systems with stacker crane is used to store steel olates, profiles, pipes, bars,
and other materials, especially oversized and heavy ones.
System consists of multi-segment steel construction allowing for storing materials
on movable trays.
Its supporting structure consists of front and rear part with stacker crane moving between these parts on guide rail.
System may be equipped with many loading and unloading stations facilitating loading materials to be stored and their transporting
to numerous machines in technological line ( punching machines, laser cutters, etc.).
Storage control system allows for integration with ERP/WMS class systems and enables carrying out comprehensive
warehouse management (minimum status monitoring, location, electronic oder management, applying of FIFO principle).
System eliminates necessity to use forklift to transport materials between elements of technological line, wich increases effectiveness and safety of work.
Features of automated storage system with stacker crane:
- tray capacity = up to 5000 kg
- tray maximum lengh = up to 12 meters

MonoTower
The MonoTower automated strorage system is used to store long-load products (bars, profiles, pipes etc.)
and sheets (metal plates, boards, laminated panels etc.), pallets as well as many´
other heavy and large objects.
The system sonsits of one storage column and one transporting column with a moving extractor
shifting trays between the stroage and the loading station.
Thanks to direct access to the machine from its front, loanding and unloading is performed using
overhead crane or forklift truck.
Trays are located in storage column at guides leading to storage place mounted every
dozen or so centimeters.
Thanks to modular construction of MonoTower automated strorage systems, a single MonoTower system can be easily upgraded to a TwinTower.

TwinTower
The TwinTower automated storage system is used to store long-load products (bars, profiles, pipes, etc.)
and sheets (metal plates, boards, laminated panels, etc.), pallets and many other
heavy and large objects.
How it works
The system consits of two sttorage columns and one transporting column with a moving extractor, shifting
trays between the storage columns and the loading station.
Additional motor located at the loading station level moves the trays outside the front storage column
allowing for loading and unloading with a forklift truck.
Trays are located in storage columns at guides leading to storage place mounted every dozen or so centimeters.
